Dialogues in Qur’anic and Hadith Studies provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All published articles are accessible without subscription or payment, allowing readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles without prior permission from the publisher or the author.

The journal adopts the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Under this license, users are permitted to share and adapt the material in any medium or format for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.

Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. The journal allows authors to deposit and distribute the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, academic networking platforms, or other platforms, provided that the original publication in Dialogues in Qur’anic and Hadith Studies is properly acknowledged.

The journal supports the principles of open access as defined by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and is committed to increasing the visibility, accessibility, and impact of scholarly research in Qur’anic studies, Hadith studies, Islamic hermeneutics, Islamic textual traditions, and related fields at the global level.
