Journal of Islamic Political and Social Studies (JIPSS)

The Journal of Islamic Political and Social Studies (JIPSS) is committed to maintaining high standards of academic publishing while ensuring accessibility and transparency in its publication process.

1. Submission Fee

JIPSS does not charge any submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts free of charge.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC)

Currently, JIPSS does not impose any Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.

All editorial processes, including peer review, editing, and publication, are provided free of charge.

3. Open Access Policy

All articles published in JIPSS are made freely available under an open access policy, allowing readers to access, read, download, and share the content without financial barriers.

4. Future Policy Changes

JIPSS reserves the right to introduce publication fees in the future if necessary to support journal sustainability and development. Any changes will be:

  • Clearly communicated on the journal website
  • Applied transparently
  • Not retroactively imposed on submitted manuscripts

5. Waiver Policy (If Applicable in the Future)

If publication fees are introduced, JIPSS will consider fee waivers or discounts for:

  • Authors from low-income countries
  • Early-career researchers
  • Authors with demonstrated financial constraints
